When your tenants have a problem, you  can contact us by phone or by email, explaining a bit about the nature of the problem. We would at that point, organize with the tenants a date to view what's wrong and take photos or a video if necessary (depending on the nature of the problem).Then we will get back to you with the details of the issue and a quote to fix it.

 

If you're happy with our quote, we will proceed to carry out the work and lease with the tenants to gain access. We will inform you when we're finished and send you a few pictures or videos of the final result.
